REFUND & RETURN POLICY

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Refund & Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Exotic Home Decor
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Exotic Home Decor accessible from https://exotichomedecor.com.au
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Change-of-Mind/Ordered the Wrong Size

Exotic Home Decor do not issue refund and offer returns or exchange on any product if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size by mistake.

All photos & videos shared by Exotic Home Decor can’t be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without consent.

Pictures are for reference purpose only, before buying contact to confirm the sizes and actual products, as colors may vary slightly depending on the lighting.

Product Faulty

All Exotic Home Decor products are thoroughly checked for quality assurance. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order at exotichomedecoration@gmail.com and our team will be happy to assist you. 

Damaged in Transit

Although our products are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally, accidents can happen. Please inspect and check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve it as best as possible.

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging and must provide appropriate proofs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item returned, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.

We encourage you to contact us if you like to get any information on return and refunds.

 

APPROPRIATE PROOFS FOR ALL REFUND & RETURN CLAIMS

In case of delivery, please make an opening video of the parcel/order. No claims for refund/exchange will be valid without parcel opening video.

The Buyer will be responsible to pay the postage with all return claims.
